For Tu B’Shevat we’re celebrating the special, symbiotic relationship between two woodland besties: trees and mushrooms! Growing side-by-side supporting one another, trees share sugars with surrounding mushrooms, whilst mushrooms draw essential minerals from the soil and share them with their neighbouring trees.
