For Tu B’Shevat we’re celebrating the special, symbiotic relationship between two woodland besties: trees and mushrooms! Growing side-by-side supporting one another, trees share sugars with surrounding mushrooms, whilst mushrooms draw essential minerals from the soil and share them with their neighbouring trees. A truly beautiful, mutually beneficial alliance - just one microcosm of the intricate, perfectly balanced ecosystem that we are all part of. Something, in our opinion, definitely worth celebrating.
